I researched tyre modelling and built MSC ADAMS bicycle and 2-DOF and 3-DOF suspension models, using them to guide damper valve and spring selection for the dampers OBR26 received through Multimatic sponsorship.
Alongside wind tunnel and wing profile studies, I designed and analysed a front splitter and canards for the DrivAer model in Star-CCM+, integrated with the full vehicle's rear wing, diffuser, and fender design.
I analysed and compared LMH and LMDh lap data, then developed an F1 2026 qualifying setup. I owned the powertrain side, from gearbox analysis to tuning electric motor deployment and recharge zones around the lap, integrated with the vehicle dynamics, aerodynamic, and strategy settings.
Starting from composite material selection, I designed a battery electric vehicle chassis to withstand the deflection from an impact attenuator load. I then designed the attenuator itself and simulated it in HyperMesh to check the results against the chassis assumptions.
